 Usual hours:
 Monday, Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
 Tuesday, Thursday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
 Saturday 8:00AM until noon
 We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

 We currently do not participate with any insurance plans.  We are a "non par" provider and take payment at the time of service.
 We file claims for you electronically usually within 24-48 hours to ensure as rapid reimbursement as possible to you from your insurance company.
